Jacky Chin has over total 14 years of works experience in the Information System and Consulting Industry that related to ERP solutions in a corporate firm.

Jacky Chin is currently working as Senior Application Manager in Focus Point Vision Care Group. He is responsible to implement Microsoft Dynamic NAV ERP and LS Retail POS system in each store, so sales and ordering data is automatically replicated into the central database in HQ. Therefore, sales reports are absolutely up-to-date, which means executives can create plans in response to real-time trends.

Prior to join Focus Point Vision Care Group, he has 3 years and 7 months in SAP FI-CA module in SAP IS Utilities. He has excellent problem-solving skills and a strong orientation in customer to ensure the services delivered.

He has gone thru one cycle of SAP IS-U/FI-CA implementation and one cycle of technical upgrade in the area of electricity utility. He has worked with clients in Malaysia, Australia, Macau China and US.

Beside his consulting background, he has also worked on multi end user environments i.e. Both domestic and International Oil and Gas, Construction (EPCC stand for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning), Manufacturing, Process Power and Water Utilities and therefore he understand well what users needs in transforming their current business into SAP solution through SAP best practice and methodology.

He was in US onshore working for project and providing Consulting Services (Implementing ISU Projects Enhancements and Application Supports as well as to provide knowledge transfer for India Team to handle future Application Supports) to major clients in Texas, Idaho, USA. He has a good knowledge in the main area of SAP IS-U/FI-CA, as well as Billing and Invoicing.
