About me
A dedicated and hard working employee can be hard to find. I have continuously proven loyalty, determination, and an attitude of never giving up until the job is done. Even then, finds new and interesting ways of enhancing and embracing anything worked on for the greater good for the product's consumers and it's stakeholders.
• Involved with ITIL processes and procedures for 10 years.
• 7 years in a proven high availability IT enterprise data center environment for a Fortune 500 company.
• Currently learning Japanese.
• Engineering and project management experience from discovering and building new technologies to decommission and sun-setting technologies that have outlived their usefulness.
• Possess strong knowledge and experience of server hardware, platfoms and software.
• Linux/Unix experience.
• AS in Information Systems Management with focus in Network Administration graduated with
Honors. Currently not enrolled but working on pursuing BS in Information Security.
