I am an IT professional with over 20 years of industry experience in a wide range of technologies. Initially serving as a support and customer service specialist supporting small and mid-sized business infrastructures,my experience includes team and project management, infrastructure design, and application servers and systems.

I am a SharePoint technology specialist with experience in designing, customizing and implementing SharePoint solutions for our enterprise customers in a wide range of industries. I am currently a Senior Solutions Consultant and Trainer for Synergy, and hold a number of Microsoft certifications including MCSE, MCSE Security, and MCTS in SQL and SharePoint, as well as an MCT.

I also specialize in automating business processes within SharePoint, allowing our customers to realize a quicker ROI on their SharePoint investment, while fostering better user adoption of SharePoint. I have a strong understanding of out of the box methodologies as well as a deep understanding of Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflow, including Nintex Live, Nintex Cloud, Nintex Hawkeye and Mobile solutions. I was recently recognized by the Nintex team as a Nintex vTE.

I have leveraged my love of working with people and my passion for technology to become a senior consultant for Synergy. I thoroughly enjoy delivering professional training to help clients get the most out of the technology at their disposal.
