He has served 3 organizations as QA and Support head and has been responsible for every thing from group vision to HR, process improvement to resource planning, QA service provision to management representation and much more. A communicative, challenge- loving and solid professional, he has been taking care of the complete P&L which covers the full cycle from BD to support phase. He is a candidate Lead CMMI appraiser & working as an ATM.
