Cons
"If you want to do more specific stuff, it's a bit limited.""The solution is expensive.""The product should include adaptive Wi-Fi to show a more accurate location.""I need a bit more time with it before criticizing the features.""There is room for improvement in terms of support and installation.""They should include SD-WAN features to it.""Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points’ support services need improvement.""Improvement is needed in the user-friendliness of Juniper Mist, particularly in enhancing the interaction with AI features."

"The solution doesn't have hotspots. Users can't set it up so that visitors can log in via Facebook or social media as they can at, for example, airports. D-Link should include hotspots that offer integration with social media. That way, visitors don't need to be asking people for passwords. They can just use Facebook.""The solution's performance could be improved.""The tool's technical support can get difficult sometimes. We got a technician only after complaining for 10-15 days. The tool's technicians need to be made available everywhere.""Sometimes, the solution needs to be restarted.""Sometimes we configure the SSID with a password but the same AP shows two WiFi connections with the same SSID name (one is protected by a password and another one give access without a password).""The cloud managed solution needs improvement, and they should focus on the SD-WAN segment with regard to integration.""D-Link has some catching up to do in terms of advancing and improving its technology.""Its interface and support system need much improvement. Sometimes, when we use the interface to reset the password and configure SSIDs, or some other changes, the "Save" option does not show and we have to go to some internal setting and then we can "save" the setting. The “Save” option should be in front of or below of the settings."

"Ubiquiti WLAN is not a cheap solution.""They could enhance their products by integrating cloud access into each device.""I have found they need to work on the stability of the solution.""The product's area of concern revolves around its lack of support.""The strength of the signal from the access points could be improved.""The room for improvement is in the controller levels.""The solution could improve by having a cloud version. A cloud version is the easiest to configure anywhere in the world.""Switching devices requires reconfiguration from scratch."
