Find out what your peers are saying about SAP, Microsoft, Oracle and others in ERP."The accounting, purchasing, and basic ERP functions work well. But they are a little bit older, but they work for us. The inventory management is good and necessary for any company that manages stock for production or services."
"SAP Business One has good reports and is simple to customize and use."
"The solution is user-friendly in comparison with Oracle."
"I had been using it for the end-to-end functionality."
"You can scale the solution well."
"The solution is stable."
"It's user-friendly and comes with comprehensive manuals. So, it is easy to learn to use SAP Business One"
"The document search feature is very good."
"It is quite simple, and it is suitable for medium and small businesses."
"We're facing challenges with iScala in the public sector, specifically healthcare. The system doesn't have sufficient support for the complexities of managing payments for doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff."
"SAP Business One could improve asset management, inventory management, banking system, and production. Additionally, SAP Business One did not deduct TDS, withholding tax on payments."
"The extension of dashboards into mobiles is something which SAP Business One has to improve on."
"There are issues with inventory management and quality management."
"The initial implementation is not straightforward. It took approximately three months to complete. The process could be easier."
"Our company is expanding to different countries, and business is growing. We feel that it is not good enough for the huge volume of the business. On-premises setup is not good enough for the overseas office. We have our onsite premises in Hong Kong, but we have a major sales office in the US. We are looking for a more efficient setup to fulfill our requirements and needs. It can have portals for vendors, suppliers, and customers. I know that they have this feature in version 10, but it still has space to improve."
"In the next release, I would like to see the inclusion of cloud features."
"It could have RPA automation and RPA elements. There could also be add-ons for a Document Management System and Warehouse Management System."
"The standard SAP Business One is sufficient for the Indian region. There is no need for further enhancement as custom solutions can be designed and developed to meet specific needs. For example, HR and payroll is not a standard feature of the solution, but they can be created as a separate custom solution. However, payroll is not a standard function due to the varying norms and regulations across India's 29 states and union territories. Therefore, a standard payroll solution cannot be provided by SAP to add utility and features. Adding it would lead to different versions of the solution and more complexity in managing them. However, it would be useful to have addons to cover the other states which have different regulations."
