We can provide access to the network for home users, but it would be nice if it was more user-friendly.

What is most valuable?

To check VPN connections where they pass\fail through 192 IP therefore I could remote on for other solutions.

How has it helped my organization?

We can now provide remote access to home users.

What needs improvement?

I'd like to be more user friendly instead of clicking\drilling down tabs.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've used it for 17 months.

I'm using Pulse Connect Secure to access company materials remotely, in a secure way. I have the solution on my laptop.

What I like the most about Pulse Connect Secure is that it's user-friendly. It's easy to use. You just need to connect, and that's it.

Connection-wise, Pulse Connect Secure could be faster, and this is its area for improvement.
