A stable and scalable solution with good technical support
Pros and Cons
- "We are migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 due to end-of-life, security concerns, and end-of-support. The tool's configuration is good and we are satisfied with it since it's a Microsoft product. We didn't face any hurdles in using the tool. We didn't feel much difference with both Windows products. The solution is good because in IT we want to secure our data. Nowadays, data is the most valuable thing. If your data is secured, then you are secured. I think that everyone has to move to Windows 11 since Windows 10 is facing end-of-life and end-of-sales, probably by 2024."

Pros and Cons
- "The ability to divide the screen into two or three sections is useful."
- "The integration between Windows and cloud applications could be improved to create a seamless experience."
What is our primary use case?
I use Windows 11 for my work tasks, such as logging into systems and working with applications like spreadsheets and Word documents.
What is most valuable?
The ability to divide the screen into two or three sections is useful. It helps with screen organization and integration with various applications and products.
What needs improvement?

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
When it comes to scalability, there are different aspects to consider. From an end-user perspective, I am able to easily install and migrate my data onto a new PC. However, scalability takes on a different meaning in an enterprise context. For instance, if I want to upgrade a large number of users from Windows 10 to Windows 11, it can be a challenging task to manually update each desktop. With various products available, such as those integrated with Active Directory, you can streamline and automate the process for a thousand users or more. I would rate it eight out of ten.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I used Windows 10 previously, but my new laptop came with Windows 11, so I switched to it. One of the reasons for this switch was the need for a more secure environment. I found that the combination of the new operating system and hardware offers enhanced security and easier maintenance. These improvements contribute to a longer life expectancy for the system, which is another motivating factor.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was quite straightforward. I would rate it nine out of ten.
What about the implementation team?
The deployment process is extremely fast and straightforward. Essentially, you just need to power on the computer, respond to a few questions, and it's ready to use.

Manager - IT at NVCL Group
A user-friendly solution that has great functionality
Pros and Cons
- "The solution's steps are now very customized and it has great functionality."
- "The solution's price can be improved."
What is our primary use case?
I'm using this for my official work and also my personal work.
What is most valuable?
I was using Windows 10 for some time, and it was automatically updated. That was quite nice and made the solution user-friendly. The solution's steps are now very customized and it has great functionality. For example, multiple tabs can be opened at one time.
What needs improvement?
Windows should focus on screen-sharing functions since it is a global issue.
In addition, when the print sharing function is selected and when it updates, it automatically stops the print sharing. There are also some pooling issues and we are unable to connect to shared printers in some locations.
The solution's price can be improved.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Windows 11 since it was launched.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It's stable. All of the programs run smoothly, and there are no flaws.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The solution is almost 75% scalable.
How are customer service and support?
Contacting customer support is a very difficult task. There's no quick tech support there. You need to spend the entire day trying and sometimes they won't even respond. That's the biggest issue that I faced at multiple locations.
Once I forgot the password to enter into the OS and we tried to reset it. I've been contacting them here and there but I have not received any support from Microsoft. That's a problem that we fixed on our own.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I previously used Windows 10. The solution was upgraded automatically.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is straightforward. The GUI is very user-friendly. The deployment takes a few minutes.
What about the implementation team?
Windows 11 was implemented by the in-house team.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The licensing cost is high.
What other advice do I have?
I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
