Answered a question: Is it possible to add an article to two topics without duplicating the article (in Zendesk Help Center)?
Hi Karen,
I want to know how to do it technically. Like, write the article once, and in the admin panel (Arrange Content), I can move it to appear under two topics. Currently, I can't do that.
