Heading the Technical Services team from Telesis, delivered $4+ million Oracle EBS program for a Oil conglomerate – GNPOC, in North Africa, following Oracle’s AIM methodology, highlight being condensing various government regulation guidelines of EPSA, COPA, COTA from OPEC, entitlements into an intuitive Partner Entitlement Model for China, India, Malaysia & Sudan partners
Key differentiator in this project was delivery of a time critical Entitlement Modal (EM) bolt-on to Oracle Apps EBS, web based product for entitlement computation and reporting system for GNPOC comprising of Petronas, CNPC, ONGC partnered with GoS in North Africa. Implemented in a record timeframe of 4 calendar months, thus ensuring GNPOC did not have to pay service penalty of $3 million to OPEC.
The same model is then replicated with custom bolt-on configurable modules as Partner Entitlement model by all GNPOC partner countries such as China, Malaysia, India & Government of Sudan.
The project was wrenched out of Schlumberger's multi-year service contract as a stand-alone legacy system and built to be GoS owned in-house serviceable, Oracle e-Business Suite integrated model multi-tier web application and dashboard system
