As of September 2014, CyberArk had nearly 1,600 customers, including over 30 of the Fortune 100 and approximately 15% of the Global 2000. In June 2014, CyberArk filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an IPO, listing revenues of $66.2 million for 2013.
