Find out what your peers are saying about Microsoft, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike and others in Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)."The ease of deployment and configuration is valuable. It's very easy compared to other vendors like Sophos. Sophos' configuration is complex. Fortinet is a lot easier to understand. You don't need a lot of admin knowledge to do the configuration."
"The solution was relatively easy to deploy."
"The main thing is that I feel safe. Because the processes that have been used to get a handle on the attackers are much better than other competitors"
"Exceptions are easy to create and the interface is easy to follow with a nice appearance."
"It is stable and scalable."
"The product's initial setup phase is very easy."
"We have FortiEDR installed on all our systems. This protects them from any threats."
"The setup is pretty simple."
"The most valuable features are the rollback feature, it's important for us. The AI models and are good."
"The reporting part is awesome."
"The solution offers very rich details surrounding threats or attacks."
"The process visualization, automated response, and snapshotting are valuable. The integration and automation possibilities are also valuable."
"The terminating or killing remediation process that they use is top-notch. Pretty much anything that is even remotely malicious gets blocked by it within seconds. That is important for us. We have thousands of endpoints with tens of thousands of users. It is hard to do good security for that many people without some kind of automated detection and response. That is what SentinelOne does for us. It helps us automate that process."
"The most valuable feature is the automatic remediation."
"It is a good endpoint solution. That's the reason we chose it. We looked at other solutions, such as CrowdStrike, and based on the cost and the services it delivers, it was the better choice."
"The ability to get queries by pressing the "tab" button is a plus for SentinelOne."
"It provides network and asset visibility for us."
"The solution should address emerging threats like SQL injection."
"It takes about two business days for initial support, which is too slow in urgent situations."
"Integration with Azure and SaaS provisioning tools could improve Fortinet FortiEDR."
"ZTNA can improve latency."
"The dashboard isn't easy to access and manage."
"The only minor concern is occasional interference with desired programs."
"Detections could be improved."
"They can include the automation for the realtime updates. We have a network infrastructure with remote sites. Whenever they send updates, they are not automated. We have to go into the console and push those updates. I wish it was more automated. The update file is currently around 31 MB. It could be smaller."
"We have a lot of false positives we see in the dashboard. I think this is the only problem we are facing."
"In terms of improvement, the documentation could be better. I would also like to see SingularityOne compatibility with Huntress, and the tighter integration between them would bring more to the table."
"It can be a little daunting at first. With the deep visibility feature, if I had more insights into how to troubleshoot things better, that would be helpful. Their documentation could be a lot better. It could be more in-depth."
"SentinelOne could improve by reducing the price."
"Using the filters takes a little bit of time to get to used to."
"I'd like to see more documentation."
"We often experience interruptions to our investigations in SentinelOne Singularity Complete."
"They have tiers of support like most companies do. For the first three years, we had the top tier of their support and we would get a response from a technician quickly. We didn't have many things we had to ask of them. They would be very quick. We are now one tier down from that. The SLA for us is no longer within an hour or two. It's within half a day or something like that. As far as if I do ask a question of them, it is a little slower than what it used to be. I understand that we're at a lesser tier, but sometimes it feels like that could be a little better. I have to preface that by specifying that we're no longer paying for their top tier support."
"Set up is very labor-intensive."
