The solution is stable and reliable with good performance. There are no bugs or glitches and it doesn’t crash or freeze.
Typically this is going to be for a small to medium size installation. The scale on this is limited.
It could go up to thousands of people connecting to them concurrently. It's not typical. However, it is capable.
Each access point has a limited number of people that can connect to a radio. Any access point does that. However, scalability is how many access points you can cluster together. That cluster has a defined limit, and that's where your small businesses tend to fit in.
Support is done through the app on your phone. It's so stable I don't know of any TAC cases that have been created from it.

We sell it and integrate and implement it as needed.
I don't know that you'll see much of an ROI calculation for it for the company unless of course, they are managed service providers, and they're using it as a service model. The solution is typically infrastructure related.
The pricing is all-inclusive. When you buy the platform, the hardware, whether it's an Instant On access point or Instant On switch line, whatever, you get all the licensing that you need.

You don't need the license.
If the company or the customer is a growing enterprise, we change the type of switches.
You need to work as you currently account for assessing the customer before you decide to use Instant On because they may over-expect the R&D feature or expect enterprise features. Its devices cannot supervise it and are only suitable for small to medium businesses. So, if any customer or company wants to grow to the high server, they also need to adjust the type of switches or provide better-advanced features.
Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
