SAS Data Management Reviews

Some clients and I are using SAS Data Management for data cleansing, data warehousing, and IoT-related activities such as streaming data.

SAS Data Management stands out because of its data standardization, transformation, and verification capabilities. Even though it is not the best, I find it remains competitive with other equivalent solutions.

There is significant room for improvement, especially with regard to using a hybrid approach that involves both CAS and persistent storage.

I have been using SAS Data Management for about eight years.

I find the solution to be very stable.

In my experience, the solution is fully scalable.

In my opinion, the technical support from SAS is good.

I find determining ROI difficult because it greatly depends on customer use cases.

From my experience, SAS Data Management is an expensive tool.

Compared to Microsoft Azure Data Factory, I found SAS to lack flexibility but it offers on-premise installations, which I consider a plus point.

I believe SAS Data Management is suitable for all types of customers, from small companies to enterprises. AI integration would enhance its capabilities in the future. Overall, I rate my experience as seven out of ten.
