Here at IT Central Station, we offer a crowdsourced platform that allows real users to share their opinions about tech products with the rest of the enterprise tech community. We have compiled over 60,000 views of the top IT Infrastructure Management tools by real users in 2014 and Q1 2015 and analyzed their trends in the infographic below. All of our data is based on actual behavior of real users researching and comparing APM vendors on IT Central Station.
With this data, IT Central Station compiles a weighted ranking system based on the number of total page views, times each product was compared by users, total number of reviews, followers on their site, and the average rating out of 10 scored by users. This system has been used to rank more than 50 product categories to date.
