The AppViewX AUTOMATION+ product enables the Application Delivery Automation and Network Security Automation solutions on our AppViewX Platform. AUTOMATION+ helps Enterprise IT manage, automate and orchestrate application delivery and network security services. AUTOMATION+ provides an application-centric view into the state of the application delivery and network security infrastructure running in multi-cloud environments. Application, network, and security engineers may self-service and initiate automation workflows that deliver compliance and true business agility.
We use this solution for mapping our applications as well as our firewall infrastructure, and for automating our scripts.
The features that I have found to be the most valuable are the collecting of statistics, reporting, and implementing changes to particular environments on a scheduled basis with no manual intervention.
Anything to do with storage needs improvement.
Storage is always very expensive; it fills up a lot and it's not very good at cloud-based solutions.
I have been using the latest version of this solution for two years.
It's a stable solution, it's very good.
This solution is scalable. It runs in the virtual environment.
There are approximately 300 users who are using this solution on a daily basis.
Technical support is good and I would rate them a nine out of ten.
Previously, we were manually running scripts from Linux.

There is some maintenance required. We have to allocate the storage often.
We have a team within App Ux, the vendor, who supports us, and the engineering team within the F5M security team manages that.

Pricing is reasonable. It's not cheap, but it's not expensive, it's in the middle.
If you are a heavy user of eCommerce services, use cloud-based solutions, and you would like a central point with a single pane of glass to get any kind of statistics or visibility around your applications, this solution is a good tool.
