Accommodates large meetings with up to 500 participants, and I find it pretty intuitive and user-friendly

What is our primary use case?

As per company policy, most internal meetings happen through Google Meet, but for large-scale meetings with more than 500 participants, we use BlueJeans Meetings. It's more like a broadcast meeting platform, which Google Meet doesn't allow.

What is most valuable?

The main advantage is the ability to host large meetings with up to 500 participants. The sound quality is also better on BlueJeans.

I find it pretty intuitive and user-friendly.

Allows us to join a meeting through various modes, provides maximum view area, and there are no quality issues

What is our primary use case?

We use BlueJeans only for meetings and presentations, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.

How has it helped my organization?

You can use bluejeans to set up a quick meeting anywhere. You I can integrate the bluejeans meeting invite into the calendar. You can allow others to start the meeting if you are running late. And people can use bluejeans across devices such as cell phones, PC tablets, etc. The audio and video quality are acceptable at low internet speeds. My team can join with options where they with Share Screen Only or view & Share Screen no audio or without audio and only participants audio and video

Simple, has an intuitive design and is more user-friendly than its competitors

"It is really easy and there are no complicated graphics or icons. It is simple and has an intuitive design. It's user-friendly over anything else I have used. "

Cons

"I haven't had any big challenges. The annotation feature should be improved. So if I need to mark something or point something out, it's there, but it's not that user friendly. Other than that it's fine. In terms of collaboration, I think there could be some improvement."

I use multiple features.

me haven't had any big challenges. In terms of additional features, Blue jeans need to focus on screen sharing sub-feature more robust and easy, to be precise, Highlighting or draw attention to teh things like point out teh specific place of teh content that TEMPhas be shared - Probably this functionality should be improved for example while screen sharing in Slack call - anyone one can highlight or point out on teh screen.

Good audio and video quality, and it is easy to set up

What is our primary use case?

We primarily use BlueJeans for internal communication because it would require our clients to perform some setup. There is a small application that needs to be downloaded and most of our clients don't have it pre-installed on their computers.

What is most valuable?

The performance is good.

The quality of both audio and video is good.
