I have had an excellent experience with HP's technical support, especially their data support, which stands out as one of the best. Unlike other vendors where seeking help can be a lengthy process of going through multiple steps, HP's support, even for regular calls and not just priority ones, has always been great. There is room for improvement in their speed of response, particularly in the first line of support. I would rate the support as a nine out of ten.
