I was using cPanel's support, and I was facing a couple of issues within the seven years that I was working in the company. Sometimes, when we wrote the tickets we had to pay for the tickets. It didn't make sense because I was raising one ticket every three months, and I still had to pay for the ticket. I paid for the license and I paid for the ticket. Moving to Plesk made it easier for our company to manage all the dedicated hosting for our customer government companies. We have more than 70 Plesk services as of now.
