There is always room for improvement in any product or service. Given the current market conditions, with new technologies and emerging threats, it's essential to implement updates and enhancements continuously. It ensures that the product remains effective against new challenges. Despite its robust features and reliable support, no solution is perfect, and that's why there is always potential for further improvement. This ongoing need for innovation and adaptation is why I rated it an 8, reserving the remaining points for future enhancements.
