ADP GlobalView Payroll Reviews

I use the solution in my company to manage the payroll system for multiple countries, including in the APAC region and Europe. For the US, we use a different system of ADP and don't use GlobalView Payroll.

Users can look at ADP GlobalView Payroll from a system point of view. It is nothing but a SAP system. ADP has taken some licenses from SAP, giving ADP an option to customize some configuration parts, but GlobalView Payroll is nothing but an SAP system for HR processes.

I use ADP GlobalView Payroll in my company for pretty much all the payroll processing. I work in the area of our company's stock process and equity, and in the last year, I dealt with over a billion dollars of equity compensation that were processed through payroll as well, so I handle a lot of such scenarios with all types of stuff available in the market.

The most valuable feature of the solution is definitely the payroll processing module because it's very quick since you don't have to wait for ADP to do some stuff from the product's end. You can process the payroll process pretty quickly and handle everything in-house and within the company. You can process general ledger files through ADP GlobalView Payroll while taking care of additional areas like your tax files. ADP GlobalView Payroll is pretty much capable of handling 100 percent of the payroll process. ADP does process the tax returns. With ADP GlobalView Payroll, a lot of things are easy to manage, like downloading some quarterly files and some of the other reports that you can get out of it, which is great.

My primary use case is for payroll.

An area for improvement could be that projects tend to take longer because ADP wants to manage everything, which is an issue with any of the parties where you have hosted solutions.
