ADP Streamline Reviews

We used it for our payroll processing needs. It was handled in-house, with data transmission occurring through the PPC tool.

The advantage was that ADP Streamline was inherently designed to serve as a marketing engine for the company. The process did not necessitate additional effort to promote payroll outsourcing, as ADP Streamline took care of the marketing aspect. Initially, it was focused on a limited number of clients, around fifty or sixty, in 2011. However, over time, the client base had expanded significantly to around six hundred clients.

We use it for payroll and reporting purposes.

I like the reporting feature as it allows me to generate reports independently without relying on a payroll consultant. I also appreciate the user-friendly nature of the tool.

Potential integration via cloud connect is the biggest valuable feature, but Streamline has not been as successful as GlobalView in this area.

I also think that the ability to aggregate and manage many payrolls from one location with a common SLA and KPIs is an advantage.

The product allows you to create and manage shared services centrally even in small countries. It has helped to consolidate processes regardless of the fact that you have different payroll systems.

All the features are valuable. I was using a PPC tool. With the version change, the SPM is much better.

It provides us with a better and more secure way of sending employee’s data. It is a common platform to provide and retrieve the payroll reports. As the payroll reports have employee salary details that we cannot send or receive through regular e-mail, the SPM tool provides a secure method to do so.

I used ADP Streamline for payrolls for all the EMEA countries. The payroll was run in the countries with local ADP offerings or with a local ADP partner. We coordinated those payrolls all over Europe. Using ADP Streamline, we uploaded all the payrolls, which were downloaded by the ADP local or the ADP local partners in the countries themselves. The output would be uploaded in ADP streamline, and we then download and check the rest.

ADP Streamline was handy because we had one account manager for ADP Streamline. When we had some difficulties with the ADP partners in the countries, the account manager was a middle person and could negotiate with the local partners of ADP.

They are our payroll outsource provider, because we had to have an outsource provider to facilitate the processing for us.

We use it regionally in most countries, except for Ghana and Cambodia. 

They are very strong in terms of having a central regional system. A regional person can see and monitor the calendar for each different country. They can know what stage they are in, or if the process been finalized and approved. They can also see if the process has gone back to the bank. This can all be monitored regionally.

The ability to have one reporting for all countries is valuable. 

The product streamlines (no pun intended) the way we submit data, using Flexiform. As well, most reports we receive back from the in country providers are the same format.
