What is most valuable?

It is very easy to learn and apply to other things.

What needs improvement?

If they could integrate with Jira, this would be very useful for someone using Jira and TFS. This would make it easier to use.

I have been using the solution for the past year.

Offers good hybrid connectivity, but it's pricier than some other solutions
