We are a project organization so we have development and functional teams that are working on projects. We use it to identify activities and timelines and who is responsible for what.
We have 16 people using this solution right now.

This is a user-friendly system. It doesn't take a lot of time to set up and get started. The most interesting feature is the ability to share what you are working on with an external entity. The customer has direct visibility on what is being done on a particular project and this provides a lot of transparency.
ClickUp could improve by being customised to the development industry. We would like to have bug trackers and an agile approach built into the solution. This type of industry specific approach would be great.
I have been using this solution for one year.
This is a stable solution.
I would rate this solution a six out of ten for scalability as there are certain features we cannot extend. For certain elements of tracking and revisions, we use Asana and Jira. We need to depend on those system as well.
I have not personally contacted the technical support team of ClickUp before. We use the knowledge base because they have a lot of videos.
We switched to using this solution because we wanted to get visibility on the resource load. We have had trouble identifying the load of the resource and the profitability of projects. Previously, we were using Microsoft Projects but it was not that easy to use and did not provide us with all the details we needed.
The initial setup was very easy and took less than a day.
This solution costs $20 per user per month. If you have 20 users, you would pay $400 per month. There are no hidden fees that we are aware of.
It is a very user-friendly product and you can easily set it up. If you have the need to manage and track certain things, I would recommend this solution.
I would rate it an eight out of ten because it is easy to use and has all the basic features an organization needs in terms of project management and costing. It is not complicated.
I'm not the team lead for the ClickUp project. My team lead assigns me some tasks, and sometimes, our client also raises tickets on ClickUp. We actively see them and use tickets there as well, just like Jira.
I am currently exploring ClickUp AI, which I think is very good. ClickUp is easy to use. It has many dashboards, and our team can create their own dashboards. Multiple projects can be handled under the same ClickUp profile. ClickUp also provides checklist features, customizability, templates, and so on.
I have been using ClickUp for one year.
I have worked with the solution for one and a half years and haven't seen any glitches in the system.
I rate the solution’s stability ten out of ten.
My whole team of 30 people uses ClickUp. The client's team of 20 to 25 people and the client's testers also use the solution. In my project, we have more than 50 users using ClickUp.
I rate the solution a nine out of ten for scalability.
It is very easy to collaborate with our team through ClickUp. ClickUp is easier to use than Jira. We have deadlines for some tasks. My manager assigns me a task, and we have a deadline and overview of how we are completing it. ClickUp is easy to use because we have descriptions of the tasks and stories.
We use both Jira and ClickUp because some of our clients have experience with Jira. Hence, some projects run on Jira because some clients use Jira to raise tickets. Other clients who have experience with ClickUp find it easier to use. It's easy to customize the solution.
ClickUp supports exporting data. We report and log our time directly on ClickUp. The solution integrates with our website, where we log time, and it appears on our ClickUp dashboards. We log our working hours on ClickUp, and our manager exports the data.
We use Google Chat for our internal communication, but we use ClickUp for client conversations regarding tasks and tickets. I personally haven't integrated the solution with anything. However, my manager integrated ClickUp with our internal website, where we log our working hours. The integration automatically transfers the data from our database to ClickUp, and it works fine. I would recommend ClickUp to other users.
Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
ClickUp is used for project scheduling. It's a collaborative environment. I plan the projects and share them with my fellow consultants in my team when I follow up on the work.
The most valuable feature of ClickUp is the UI scheduling tool. It is the best and most convenient and attractive.
ClickUp can improve the UI for mobile devices. For example, they are lacking some features in the Android version, such as Gantt charts.
I have been using ClickUp for approximately nine months.
ClickUp is stable.
The scalability of ClickUp is good. You can shift from a small individual to a small group to an even larger group.
We have eight people using this solution in my organization.
I have used the support from ClickUp and they have multiple people attending to the complaints and it operates smoothly.
I have used other solutions, such as Microsoft Project, but I prefer ClickUp.
The implementation of ClickUp is simple.
The price of ClickUp is reasonable. The price is approximately eight dollars per month per person.
I would advise others before they use a paid plan to use the free plan to see if they are going to be happy with it first.
I rate ClickUp an eight out of ten.
ClickUp is a good alternative to Jira Align, and it does a lot of things that Jira Align cannot. If I compare Jira Align and ClickUp, I will always go with Jira Align.
The most valuable feature of ClickUp is its AI recommendation. ClickUp has a lot of visibility for the management and a lot of automation. ClickUp takes the technology to the next level regarding AI automation for release nodes, creating a doc based upon the use cases and writing product documentation and user stories based upon simple use cases. ClickUp's user experience is far, far better than Jira Align.
ClickUp doesn't have a roadmap vision and a proper way of planning. In Jira Align, you can see the roadmap and epic differently and then go down to the task, which is impossible in ClickUp. ClickUp doesn't show the epic, user story, and task. Tagging is there in ClickUp, but the representation of epic, the roadmap that everybody wants to see, the management wants to see, and the product they want to see is not there.
I have been using ClickUp for one and a half years.
ClickUp is a very stable solution.
More than 500 users are using the solution in our organization.
The solution’s initial setup is very easy.
ClickUp’s pricing is better than Jira Align’s.
ClickUp is deployed on-cloud in our organization. I would recommend ClickUp to other users because it is easy to use.
Overall, I rate ClickUp eight and a half out of ten.
We use ClickUp primarily for project management. When we have a client, we set tasks, distribute the timeline, and show them dashboards and whiteboards. It is used for visualization, project task assignments to team members, and real-time chat with clients and team members using both the mobile application and desktop website.
ClickUp is great for visualization and project task assignments to team members.
We can chat in real time with clients and team members. It is powerful since we can use a mobile application simultaneously with a desktop website. It is great for visualization and project task assignments to team members.
They should explain better how costs and licensing are distributed. They auto take money from the credit card without notification for a while.
We have been using ClickUp for one year.
It is always working and really stable.
We use it as a service and don't need to scale it, so there is no such option.
We haven't contacted ClickUp support.
Positive
We were using Excel spreadsheets before ClickUp.
The setup process is easy. I create a table of tasks, link dashboards, create visualizations and goals, distribute timelines, and assign members.
Only our internal team implements and uses it.
As I said, it is pretty much good and easy to use. Just create the tasks, assign them, and create dashboards.
I rate the overall solution an eight out of ten.
We use ClickUp as our workflow management tool to effectively monitor and track our workflow processes.
ClickUp excels in capturing intricate details, which can be both beneficial and challenging. While it facilitates a proper flow and provides precise instructions, it can also make the workflow appear overly complex.
While it ensures that teams are aware of what needs to be done and when delving too deep into the specifics may overwhelm the team with numerous upcoming tasks and related subtasks.
There is a need for significant improvement in the user interface to make it more intuitive and less time-consuming to become familiar with.
I would like a user-friendly template dashboard and reporting that makes the process easier. My previous attempt with a template was a difficult process that required long Google searches on ClickUp sites for help. A simple dashboard or the ability to effortlessly integrate an Excel-based dashboard into ClickUp would be beneficial.
I have been working with ClickUp for approximately eight months.
I am working with the latest versions.
ClickUp is a stable solution.
We do not use ClickUp in multiple locations, we do use it across multiple departments within our organization.
ClickUp performs exceptionally well across all departments.
From the time when the organization had less than ten employees to now, the team size has doubled, and ClickUp has been functioning effectively.
As the organization continues to grow, ClickUp remains suitable for small businesses. Its performance has been satisfactory thus far in accommodating the expanding needs of the organization.
On a couple of occasions, there have been instances where the ClickUp software became unresponsive. However, it is important to note that these occurrences were likely due to maintenance issues.
Although I wasn't directly involved in resolving those instances of ClickUp, they were able to get up and running quickly.
When I first joined the organization, the system was already set up, and it was incredibly straightforward to adapt and use the basic features.
It typically takes approximately two to three weeks, or possibly a month, to become proficient in using the fundamental functionalities of the system.
Since ClickUp is predominantly used for project management, having someone responsible for overseeing it is important. This ensures that tasks and responsibilities are properly assigned, and any issues or delays are promptly addressed. Without proper oversight, tasks can become unattended, leading to a backlog and reduced responsiveness in managing the platform effectively.
ClickUp proves beneficial in enhancing production processes by enabling faster execution. Its features and functionalities contribute to streamlining workflows, facilitating efficient task management, and improving overall productivity.
While the specific cost and customization details are unknown, ClickUp's potential to enhance production efficiency remains evident.
It is important to consider your company's specific requirements and goals when determining the suitability and value of ClickUp for your organization.
I don't have a lot of information about the pricing, it is fairly inexpensive.
ClickUp is a valuable tool for tracking and managing processes, but its complexity can vary depending on the intricacies of your company's workflows. Learning the software requires patience and a thorough understanding of its features and functionalities.
ClickUp offers a relatively user-friendly experience, especially when it comes to its fundamental features. The core functionalities are straightforward and accessible for users. However, as you explore more advanced capabilities within the platform, it can become more intricate and potentially complex. It is important to acknowledge that while the basics are easy to grasp, delving into the more advanced aspects of ClickUp may require additional effort and a learning curve.
I would rate ClickUp a seven out of ten.
Our primary use case for the solution is monitoring data updates made by developers. It is also used by management to identify when tasks can be completed and show the cumulative ETA's.
The simplicity of the tool is valuable because it has categories and subcategories.
The solution's components can be simplified by creating a bridge between developers and management. For example, there is a page they have to develop a task that should be done in one week, and they have given a deadline for every component of the page. The solution requires us to check every component before identifying the whole status of the page so it can be improved by making it more user-friendly.
We have been using the solution for five months.
The solution is stable. I rate it a seven out of ten.
The solution is scalable. There are approximately 35 developers utilizing this solution for one of our projects.
We have not had experience with customer service and support.
The initial setup is not very complex.
We implemented the solution in-house.
The solution is moderately priced.
I rate the solution a five out of ten. I recommend the solution to users considering implementing it.
ClickUp helps schools and educational institutions manage tasks related to classes and projects.
The product has an efficient design.
ClickUp's interface needs improvement. Additionally, there could be a tutorial video for beginners to understand the process.
I have been using ClickUp for two to three months.
I rate the platform's stability a ten out of ten.
The product's scalability is a three or four out of ten.
The initial setup process is difficult. The tool's ease of setup and effectiveness can vary depending on specific requirements.
The product has good pricing.
They should provide details about the platform, including videos to explain the features and setup process. I rate it an eight out of ten.
