Easy and quick credential monitoring; tech support could be improved
Currently, we are not using any other solution for this use case, but previously we used MISP, which is an open-source project that requires a lot of effort to make work. That way, it required a lot of attention from our system administrator, and we had to sanitize the data very frequently because the peers we had. Sometimes they flooded our systems with chunk data and that needs to be handled and we decided to go with a paid solution instead.

Provides seamless automation functionality and has a straightforward setup process
The platform's most valuable feature is its seamless automation within the broader Palo Alto ecosystem. Its ability to function autonomously, with automatic updates and integration with tools like Panorama, significantly reduces manual intervention. Additionally, its threat detection capabilities allow us to respond quickly to potential incidents, and the system is self-sufficient, managing itself once configured.

"Scalable ATP solution that's quick to set up. It demonstrates good performance and stability."
"It helps us when segmenting and securing the network and all sort of technologies, all sort of next generation needs. It's next generation phases of firewall like anti-virus, sandboxing, wifi, and VPN."
"The most valuable feature is the improved security that it offers."
"The most valuable feature is the cloud-based protection against zero-day malware attacks."

Cons

"Less code in integration would be nice when building blocks."
"A lot of tools can give you many features, such as CTI intelligence and a tax service reduction. However, many people are combining different tools together to have more capabilities. It is up to the consumer whether they want to have multiple tools or have one tool that serves the purpose. Anomali Enterprise could improve by combining all the other tools' features into one solution."
"Any enhancements should likely be focused on the firewall appliance to further strengthen overall security capabilities, such as refining app and user identity features."
"The system uptime data is unavailable"
"I would like to see them continue on their developmental roadmap for the product."
"There are more specialized solutions that compete with Wildfire. Therefore, they need to work on their machine learning and AI to be more competitive."
"The technical support response needs improvement."
"High availability features are lacking."
"The product's user interface for investigations needs enhancement."
"There are some formats that the solution cannot support ."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"When comparing the price of Anomali Enterprise to other solutions it is in the medium to high range. However, I am satisfied with the price."
"The price is a bit higher than the other products such as TrendMicro, or FireEye."
"The solution is worth its price"
"The physical appliance is around €3,000 or €4,000, and then, you have the licensing for a year for around €3,000."
"We are on an annual subscription. When we purchased the firewall, we had activated this solutions license for a minimum of one year. The price of the solution is fair."
"It's comparable to what the competition is. It is probably a little lesser than what the competition is because, as a state government, we go for whatever the lowest cost is."
"It's not particularly cheap, but it is absolutely worth it."
"The pricing is highly expensive."
"I think they should lower the price of this solution"
