Technical Support: Jumpmind created and open sourced this solution. All the key players are still actively involved with the technology and provide answers to all our open questions. The consistency we receive from their support is second to none.

Accessible support with easy upgrades and helpful patch support

The process of upgrading the software is quite easy. For instance, upgrading the Studio is straightforward, especially if done automatically. However, I typically do it manually by downloading the patch and placing it in the dedicated folder before restarting the studio. I have successfully requested the necessary patch from Talend support multiple times to align different studio versions across the team of developers. It was not difficult, and having access to Talend support directly from TNC proved quite beneficial. Our business has been running smoothly for three and a half years.
