The primary use case for this solution is the security of email.

The most valuable feature is the advanced threat protection.

This solution is expensive, so the pricing could be improved to be more competitive.

I would like to see more advanced sandbox features, where you can actually download to a machine where you can test.

I am happy with the stability. We haven't had a bug or a crash yet. Normally, it's set and forget, and we don't have to worry about bugs or anything.

It is easy to scale this solution.

We have about sixteen clients using this solution, and the user count is well above one thousand. Some of them are IT managers but the majority are end-users.

We have been in touch with technical support twice, although it was for FortiGate and FortiAnalyzer. We are happy with the support provided by Fortinet.

We use the Cisco security stack as well. The only reasons we use both have to do with scalability and price.

The complexity of the initial setup depends on the implementor's experience. If you know what you're doing then it's easy, but if you don't then I think it's complex.

The first time we implemented this solution we had assistance from our distributor. After that, we started doing it ourselves.

The price of this solution could be more competitive.

My advice to anyone who is implementing this solution is to make sure that it is always kept up to date with the latest in threat protection. That is the most important thing.

FortiMail Cloud is part of our network security and DLP solution. We primarily use it for email protection, including antispam.

The most valuable features are the antispam and URL analysis. 

FortiMail Cloud is very fast.

Networking should be simplified.

We have been using Fortinet FortiMail Cloud for about two years.

This solution has great scalability.

I have been in contact with technical support through the support portal. The support was fast and they took an interest in each of the problems they received. Overall, I am satisfied with it.

I don't think that Fortinet is complex at all. It requires setting up the domains and the users, but it is not complex.

I installed this solution on my own, and I discussed it with my colleague.

We did not put serious thought into solutions by other vendors because after looking at Fortinet, we found that it was quite simple, good, and full of features.

My advice to anybody who is implementing this solution is to first ask what you want from your network and from your resources. Decide what it is what you want to achieve and then design your solution.

When it comes to internationalization, especially with the time and date, this solution is very limited. We need a third-party appliance to take care of that.

This solution is pretty stable, overall.

This solution is easy to install. The deployment takes about forty-five minutes.

I primarily use FortiMail for email security, checking emails for spam, malware, and analyzing content for threats.

The quarantine feature of FortiMail is the most valuable, as it quarantines emails based on my policies. I can manually check and release them, which is a wonderful feature. 

Additionally, FortiMail's integration with other Fortinet solutions enhances the security part of the organization.

There are no specific new features I would suggest at this moment. FortiMail needs to develop further, particularly in integrating AI features, to keep up with rapidly advancing technology.

I have been using it for more than three years.

I have never encountered any stability issues or technical errors with FortiMail.

Fortinet's support is really good. I can contact them directly and have been satisfied with the service.

I have been using Forcepoint DLP features in some special cases but complement them with FortiMail.

FortiMail is cost-efficient, however, Symantec Mail Gateway and DLP solutions might be comparable.

Symantec Mail Gateway and DLP solutions are competitive alternatives.

On a scale of one to ten, I rate the overall solution at seven. 

FortiMail needs to develop itself further, especially in AI integration. Once AI features are fully implemented and developed, I anticipate a nine out of ten in the future.
