Can I use Meraki MS125-24 Layer 2 switch' SFP port for 10Gb NAS (as a simple connection)?

Hi,

I have a couple of questions about an MS125-24 Layer 2 switch:

1) I have a managed MS125-24 Layer 2 switch with optional PoE+ has four SFP+ 10 Gb uplinks. Is it possible to use these ports as simple 10Gb ports for 10 Gb NAS, Mac Book 10 Gb Connection, etc.?

2) How strong is PoE+ current? E.g., can I use it for the new PTZ Cameras Panasonic 150 4k/60 which have PoE++ in their specifications?
