Do you recommend eG Enterprise? Why or why not?

I feel that eG Enterprise is one of the top APM tools available on the market.   Robust monitoring: eG Enterprise uses entire modules for application performance monitoring, server monitoring, and even storage and network-based monitoring.

  Reduces downtime: Instead of receiving reports from consumers when service is disrupted, we now know about any issues from eG Enterprise itself. Our team can go straight to the source of the problem. We can figure out if the problem is from our applications, our data center, or a third-party integration.   Ease of use: eG Enterprise has simple setup and data gathering. In addition, the output is easy to comprehend. It's a management-oriented technical solution.

  Initial setup: There isn't much to it when it comes to the initial setup. It's straightforward to set up, especially the aspects involving real-time user monitoring, which require only the creation of a tag for each service and sharing it with the development team.

  Scalability: Scalability is excellent. We do want to increase usage in the future. The most important thing to note here is that we have connectors which can be published over the internet to connect to the services we select. This is what makes the product scalable for us.

• The management dashboards of the system need to be improved. Their dashboards are small. You can make minor changes to it, but these aren't practical when you have business needs that necessitate executive dashboards.
  
  
  


• eG Enterprise's license could be less expensive. When compared to Dynatrace, I think the pricing is too high for the APM features, despite the fact that they have other features like information monitoring.
  
  
  


• I’d like the licensing to be a little different. Instead of purchasing the product, I’d prefer purchasing the solution as a cloud service.
  
  

Overall, I would rate eG Enterprise an eight out of ten. Since I started using it, I have been very satisfied.
