So the price of different Acquia Cloud services doesn't really differ that much based on locations, though, of course, it's cheapest in the US. But my opinion on the matter is, the personal and the small business plans should be really considered in detail if you need one of them. Like you'd pay around $150 for a personal one and almost double that for a small business plan and what you get is just expanded SSD storage. It's all up to you and what you're willing to pay. Compared to other similar DXPs you won't see a big difference in some, but others may offer more features for the same money. I've used Acquia Cloud in a previous organization and was happy with the things we got for the money we paid but it's all up to your preferences at the end of the day.
I don't really think it's too expensive but that depends on several factors, including:
Your location
The size of your company
The needs of your business
What I mean is this: the price of the services that Acquia Cloud offers as a digital experience platform varies based on the country where you live. Then they offer three different plans, including personal, small, and enterprise business uses. And after you take into account those two things, you also need to consider what exactly your business will be needing from Acquia Cloud - only then you can judge the fairness of the pricing. Of course, for some it may be too high, for some it may be reasonable, it depends on how much you're willing to pay and what quality you expect for your money.
What is digital experience? Digital experience is the interaction between a user - whether it is a customer, partner, or employee - and an organization, made possible by digital technologies.
