How to transfer data from Wiki to Confluence?

Hi community,

I am doing research about data transfer from Wiki to (an existed) Confluence structure.

There are some recommendations for Universal Wiki Converter but we do not want to deal with scripts too much. And we are not sure whether we can rely on them or not.

Is there a simple method for transfering data (texts, pictures, folders, links) collectively?

What are your professional comments about Confluence? Is it worth the struggle with importing, etc?
