We have obtained proposals from several software providers for a Meetings @ Events scheduling and planning platform for our 415,000 square foot public facility (with some space we regularly make available to those who meet our standards).
Several products would seem to be able to handle the need, and in discussing what sets any of them apart from the others, we note that two of the companies provide multiple other modules for various types of Facilities Management.
We would appreciate input from any customers of either Archibus or Indus as to pros and cons, customer service, etc., and also input relative to their ability to provide cost effective additional modules, such as CAD/database interface for asset and personnel location documentation, computerized maintenance management, Project and move management, etc.
