If the board portal software loads the papers into its own managed cloud storage, does this mean the board has to use the board portal for storage of its papers or can it point the board portal software to its own cloud storage (it uses a shared drive, say, or SharePoint 365, DropBox, Google Docs etc.)?
If a board has 6 members and they all use board portal software to manage their board papers: how many copies are there?
If a board member marks up his/her copies of the board papers how do they keep those annotations personal to themselves and viewable only by themselves?
