I would urge those who plan to use the product to get some prior experience with ADP GlobalView since it will allow them to work with the product in a much better manner. As our company did not have a consultant to help us with the product, things were running pretty slow for us since we had to rely on ADP a lot. After our company hired a consultant to help us with the product, we came to know that ADP takes time to figure out certain areas. ADP GlobalView Payroll is a much different payroll system from the other products available in the market. The support offered by the product can be better. I rate the overall product an eight to nine out of ten.

ADP is a good solution if you want simple, static systems. However, if you have a solid organization with a good infrastructure already in place, it would make more sense to go with something like PeopleSoft. I would rate this solution as six out of ten.
