If you have a workflow in your company and you are not happy with how it works right now, you might try to solve it with AppSheet. It's useful if it aligns with your workflow expectations. I'd rate the solution nine out of ten.
For automating tasks, we are able to execute and automate the reports. All you have to do is touch the button and push the button, and then the report gets automated. A lot of the evidence gets organized and uploaded. Once I upload the evidence, it gets automated. Once I upload the evidence, I can make it part of the report, like an automated report. I think that is very valuable for us because we are constantly on the run. We're traveling a lot. You can utilize your personal phone to access the app, take pictures, upload pictures, and then execute the report, which I think is the most helpful. You can also look at maps. You can add a map feature to it as well, including your location and where you are when you add some information. If you are doing some physical site assessment, you often take a picture of that site, giving you a real-time address or location, so that is really helpful as it gives an advantage to figure out where we were when we did the assessment. The tool's integration capabilities enhance our existing workflows and as far as the workflows are concerned, I think it is pretty seamless, intuitive, and interactive. I think it is a win-win situation for all. There is not too much maintenance in the tool. We are just constantly looking at the app, utilizing it a little bit more, and fixing some of the areas that we feel can be a little bit more utilized, like maps, locations, and uploading reports. We find it very utilized. The tool is not involved in AI at this time. I would highly recommend it to those who want to use it for reporting, marketing, business development and capture management. I think one can utilize AppSheet for its flexibility, its ease of use, and accessibility. I rate the tool a ten out of ten.
I'm using AppSheet from Google. My team has ten AppSheet users, in particular, developers and account managers. My team uses the solution daily. In terms of maintenance, AppSheet only requires very little maintenance, particularly just a few minor updates. You just need to update some fields. I would recommend AppSheet to anyone looking into implementing it, but if an enterprise customer is planning on using it, the paid version of the solution would be better rather than the free version because an enterprise would need a more scalable solution and to achieve that level of scalability, you need to pay for a license. My rating for AppSheet is nine out of ten.
I am a consultant, and I perform training on this solution. The solution is always auto-updating. I’m not sure which version we are on currently. I don’t keep track. I would recommend the product to others. I’d rate it an eight out of ten.
My advice to those wanting to implement the solution is if you understand your data then this solution will work for you very well. The rapid application development process that comes out of use is very valuable. One biggest lesson I have learned is the more you use the solution, the better you get at it and the easier it becomes. I rate AppSheet an eight out of ten.
AppSheet provides a no-code development platform for application software, which allows users to create mobile, tablet, and web applications using data sources like Google Drive, DropBox, Office 365, and other cloud-based spreadsheet and database platforms.
