My advice to someone considering this solution is to take all the information that Atempo offers. Read the manual. Usually, IT does not do this but do it so you know everything you have to do. They have good documentation. Most companies do not, but they do it. If you need anything, it's written in. If you have problems, a development engineer is quite fast to fix it. They have an internal report from that software. They just go to work and fix it in a short time. That's why we like this software. In the next release, we asked for Office 365 support and they announced it months ago. It's coming and it's on the way. I would rate it a nine out of ten.
Data backup involves copying and moving data from its primary location to a secondary location from which it can later be retrieved in case the primary data storage location experiences some kind of failure or disaster.
