Get somebody who knows what they're doing to install Amazon products. Don't just get a cloud architect. Make sure that they have experience and make sure you follow all the different things that Amazon has to offer in terms of architecture and things like that. I'd rate AWS X-Ray an eight out of ten.
We are customers. You can always get the latest version from AWS. This solution was only recently launched by AWS and is already a very good technology. If we implement it nicely in our product, then we can use a lot of features. I'd advise others to try it. It will be really helpful to developers that need to reduce the time and effort in terms of finding issues. I'd rate the solution ten out of ten.
