Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten mostly because of the need for better rebalancing and help with stability. If you're on PostgreSQL and need to scale, Citus Data is basically the only option right now, at least.

I use the on-premises version of the solution. The solution is competitive with Mongo, MySQL, and maybe even Oracle. I find it a really great product. We haven't tested the dashboard, but by and large, I find the product very useful. We haven't had any problems with it. I would rate the solution nine out of ten.
