The solution is deployed on the cloud in our organization. The DarwinBox mobile app is excellent for facilitating HR tasks on the go. We plan to move to SAP for ERP and HRMS, sourcing, and procurement, provided the price is in our favor. Otherwise, we will stick with DarwinBox for the long term. Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.
Any product can be considered expensive if it doesn't meet the demands of an organization. Even if you pay a dollar for a product, and if it fails to meet the company's expectations, then it automatically is an expensive purchase. I would not recommend the product to other people. I rate the overall solution a three out of ten.
If you are a medium-scale organization, definitely give it a shot. However, Darwinbox is more focused towards the APAC region, so you would need to take into account the location of your organization. Those in Europe may have to go with another solution as a result. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate this solution at nine.
