Overall, as someone who has three years of experience with this solution, on a scale from one to ten, I would give Fidelis Elevate a rating of seven. I would not recommend this solution to others. Although we're currently using it, we're looking to replace it with another solution.
We are a partner of Fidelis in Egypt. Users must understand the product well and how to position it to the customer. Customers have a lot of misunderstanding about the solution. I would advise that you make sure that the customer understands the solution in order to be able to implement it right. I would rate it eight out of ten.
