Recommending IceWarp to business users, especially top management like CEOs and CTOs, might be challenging. These users are accustomed to tools like Excel and Outlook, and transitioning to a new platform could be difficult. While blue-collar employees may adapt more easily, I wouldn't recommend it for top-line management due to the need for integration with their existing tools. I rate the overall product a seven out of ten.
I am personally not satisfied with the tool since there are many issues, like the inability to receive emails and its space getting full. The support team takes a lot of time to respond, so the tool's support is not good. My company has no plans to migrate from IceWarp to Microsoft 365 since it does not provide any competitive advantage to us. I would tell those planning to use the product that they must also evaluate other market options before considering IceWarp. However, price is the only factor, then IceWarp is cheap compared to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. It is also important to consider that IceWarp doesn't have the rich features that Google Workspace, Gmail, or Microsoft 365 provides. I rate the overall product a six to seven out of ten.

IceWarp is a good system to use and it's reasonably priced. Even if you choose to host it on their servers, they have low-cost options available. It's a good value compared to other options, such as Google or Zoho. Other email services were decent, but they didn't have features, such as file sharing, chat rooms, or intercom functionality. If those features aren't important and you only want basic email and calendar features, then IceWarp may be considered expensive. However, if you want to use the collaboration tool, in the same category, it is a reasonable price. I rate IceWarp an eight out of ten.

The solution works for small- to medium-sized businesses but service improvements are needed for large organizations. For example, email IDs are not consistent across India so some users are unclear if their accounts are activated. Across departments in our company, there is confusion about this so sometimes multiple accounts are created for users. This results in space being occupied by unused accounts. We do not receive notifications when accounts are created or for user activity, so we have no way to follow up with a user and provide account details. I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
IceWarp helps thousands of organizations streamline all areas of business communication and become more profitable by providing Mail Server complete with GroupWare, Calendaring and Document Management, accessible through an intuitive WebClient, simple to setup in WebAdmin. Customize with add-ons: spam and virus protection, Instant Messaging with video calls, mobile sync and more.
