The product simplifies processes, and it could be used for something as simple as the travel and expense management of corporations. A lot of times, what happens is that there are a lot of areas that get a lot of third-party approvals and a lot of internal approvals. When you look at the number of interfaces and then try to reduce it, then it can be considered as one typical example explaining the aforementioned area. There are tons of examples in the BFSI domain, such as web card management, which could be for debit cards or credit cards. The complete life cycle, starting from card issuance, card management, updates, and other things, has an endless number of examples associated with the tool's use. Most of the challenges I faced with the tool were in the area of reporting since I had to rely on some third-party solutions. Earlier, creating the process model and diagrams was also something where there was a little bit of a learning curve in terms of how to use the solution, but now the tool has simplified it with AI. Now, you can just type in things like add a process or add a decision box, and then the map and model automatically create that. The tool has features that help simplify user adoption. All solutions do have a trial package. My recommendation would be to always try out, validate, and check the usability and ease of use for adoption and implementation since all of the aforementioned factors drive the success of the solution. There could be a very good solution in your company, but if it is not getting implemented the right way, it is of no use. Think about it from a user option and ease of use point of view, and then try out the solution before implementing it. I rate the tool an eight out of ten.

I was a pre-sales resource. I helped customers or prospects during the sales cycle by presenting the solution with their capabilities. I also helped them identify whether the solution fits their requirements. You can communicate through APIs with many other tools. Through APIs, you can connect mostly to everything. Not every function is related to API, but most are. With the integration of automation, you can do everything behind this. This is sometimes more of a workaround, but at the end of the day, it is possible to fulfill the needs or integrate with other tools. The customers had nothing to maintain in the infrastructure. Since it's a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, IGrafx handled everything, including the backups. If customers want to change the color or the logo, they have to go through every page to verify everything is right. There is room for improvement, but the trained people can change or maintain the content within the tool within a few hours. The solution's 360-degree approach allows several modules to be handled together. The solution provides scalability from small customers to large enterprise customers. I have heard that the solution's pricing is very competitive. Since iGrafx Process360 Live Platform is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, customers don't have to worry about infrastructure and data storage. Everything is covered by iGrafx. iGrafx creates templates for their partners that they can use just for regulations, which is very powerful. I would recommend the solution to other users based on their requirements. If they are looking for a small tool for a trainee to click through and do some things, the tool is oversized and overpriced. However, iGrafx Process360 Live Platform is a very good and helpful tool for customers looking for a strategic tool to help them not just once but every time. iGrafx is working with at least two different automation solutions. One of these automation solutions is very conversational AI-oriented. It delivers the UI between the users, who could be employees or external customers and follows defined processes. AI is integrated to help with communication and optimize the process. There are AI components in process mining that focus on prediction. The solution has several AI features, but not in every module and not for every situation. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

I would tell those planning to use the solution that it is a good and excellent platform, though there is a need for extensive training before somebody wants to start using it. After sufficient training and relevant knowledge are acquired, iGrafx can seem like a very beneficial tool. An organization should evaluate and understand the solution thoroughly since the tool offers many features, functions, and benefits. I rate the overall solution a nine out of ten.
We are vendors. We used to use more on-premies deployments. However, recently, we’ve moved to the cloud. It is one of the top-tier solutions that are available. One of the reasons why we chose to partner with them is due to the fact that they do a very good job. t is meant for business users, and little technical knowledge is required in terms of implementing and using it. That's their biggest advantage. If the goal of using iGrafx is to bring about process improvements, the goal should be very clear. A lot of times, I find that a client will start with a particular goal yet end up using it for something else. When that happens, they may not get the benefits. I’d rate the solution nine out of ten.
iGrafx is a good solution and I would recommend it. Businesses vary in their requirements, if people are looking to implement business process management and have a small budget they should consider this solution. It is a good starting point for their BPM journey. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten, because the feature list could be better.

I've just used the solution for evaluation purposes. I haven't used it for a real project. I'd recommend the solution to other users and organizations. From what I have seen, it's very useful. I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. While I couldn't test the overall functionality, I would like to get support in the natural language of the user - in our case, Spanish. It would be nice if it's in the data formulated in Spanish, and the support was offered in Spanish as well. There also needs to be some sort of partnership with Mexican partners.

I would rate iGrafx at seven out of ten. I'm not giving it a higher score because it's not so easy, not that user-friendly. The interface needs to be more effective. I wouldn't give it less than seven because it's a really serious solution.

I would recommend this solution. The top two are ARIS and iGrafx. Each of them has some advantage over the other, but in general, they're the tip top. This product fulfills ninety percent of our needs, and we're happy as users of it. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
