I am the distributor for ManageEngine in Australia and New Zealand, working closely with ManageEngine products across their entire portfolio, including IAM, PAM360, Endpoint Central, and almost all other ManageEngine products. The alert system in ManageEngine ADAudit Plus is based on conditions where you can create or define your own alert profile. For example, if someone becomes a member of domain admin, which is the highest privilege in the organization, you can set immediate alerts to administrators. The alert profile is completely customizable and comes with more than 100 predefined alerts, and customers can configure specific conditional alerts with a custom profile. Granular auditing provides immediate visibility to check the settings of the exact attribute, the old value of that particular attribute and the new value at the moment, along with the details about who changed it and at what time. These vital attributes are essential for any forensic analysis or root cause analysis. I rate ManageEngine ADAudit Plus a 9 out of 10.

I am currently using these products. I can provide feedback about what I think of any of the products. Regarding alerting, most of the customers have not created any alerts. Sometimes when the audit retention period is maximized, the server storage consumption will be higher. This depends on the customer side and their server resources rather than the product side. I rate ManageEngine ADAudit Plus nine out of ten.

I recommend ADAudit Plus for mid-sized companies. Since everything is moving to the cloud, ManageEngine ADAudit Plus should also be cloud-based instead of on-premises. I rate the overall product an eight out of ten. I recommend this solution to others as well. Every ManageEngine product is a good solution.
I rate this ten out of ten. This is the best solution in my opinion, particularly for banking or healthcare organizations. It stands out in providing effective solutions.

The real-time alerting system's benefit to IT security management is excellent. Our company has tested it quite a few times in different environments and strategies, and you just cannot fool it into not triggering an alert. One of the things hackers do when they get into an environment is go for probably a low-level account. If a hacker gets into an environment as user X and if it is just a domain user and that is the only group such a user belongs to, then the next thing they want to do is to increase or elevate that account to an administrative level. Hackers would try to add the domain admin, the local admin, or maybe another higher-end admin like schema admin or enterprise admin to that account of user X. If the hacker is successful in following the process as mentioned earlier, our company will get an alert within ten seconds saying that something has happened, allowing us to disable such an account. In our company, we don't consider this product an AI product, and we are kind of keeping our toes out of the water of AI, except for with our email filtering, where we are using a product called IRONSCALES, which has its own AI engine for detecting spams and phishing activity. I recommend the tool to the right-sized company, where it can be an excellent fit. The tool definitely increases visibility in the Active Directory and alerts you if something unusual occurs. I rate the tool a ten out of ten.
I would recommend it for Microsoft-based active directory environments. It is specifically designed for Microsoft active directory. Overall, I would rate the solution eight out of ten. It meets our requirements and performs well in our environment.

I strongly advise new users to this solution to make sure all database for the ManageEngine is put on to ensure that the database is up 24/7 and there is no way you could lose any connection with the database.
To install ADAudit Plus successfully, potential customers should understand they have to give some extended rights to the product because it has to have extended access to their domain infrastructure to work properly. I would give ADAudit Plus a rating of eight out of ten.
We are happy with this product. We use it for multiple purposes and we get a lot of useful information from it. When we get new features in the product, we always look for ways to deploy those to enhance our options and increase the functionality of the product. Now almost all of the features and options we were looking for are available. The dashboard is fine. They are still improving it, and on the latest version, we can see how the product is continuing to improve. They improve it more and more with enhancements in every release. If we want something that is new, we will always get in touch with them to ask them to include the feature. They have done very well in providing these enhancements. When I require a feature, I just contact them to inform them of the requirements and they will often include it in the next build. I believe most of ManageEngine's products are handled like that. We have requested a lot of adjustments to features from ManageEngine that they have included in the product. The reporting is good, the dashboards are good, the interface is good and even their pricing strategy is competitive in this product category. Anyone can implement this software easily. As long as they have a domain controller and a file server, they can use the software. I recommend this product. Compared to other products of a similar type, it is very good. The possibilities for integration are easy to implement. There are some limitations to the type of software integration. For example, some type of load correction software integration is possible and there are some other possibilities. But these limitations are not so important. It is easy to integrate when the opportunity is there. On a scale from one to ten where one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate ManageEngine ADAudit Plus as an eight or nine. I could not give this a ten as only something perfect would get a ten. It can be a nine.
