If it were up to me, I wouldn't use Mobius due to its lack of accessibility and outdated interface. I would rate Mobius as a solution at four out of ten because it has several areas that need improvement, particularly in accessibility and usability.
Mobius is a wonderful Repository and Document Management System, its far more granular than just about anything else out there, being able to secure individual paragraphs on a single page within a 1000+ page document. It has a very robust API, it can be fully leveraged to integrate within multiple applications and use cases. The next few years of Mobius will be exciting.

My advice would be to do a proof of concept first. We've used most of its features. I can't think of anything that should be added. It's so much better than what we were used to. I don't know what could be better at this point.
