We use Varonis to scan files and remove broken access permissions for data at rest. We also utilize Microsoft Purview to label sensitive files on our file server. Once this process is complete, we will block access through Netskope. This is our future vision, though we are currently in the implementation phase. I'm involved in both implementing and supporting the solution. As part of the operations team, I provide knowledge transfer sessions to team members. When implementing new policies, I discuss with team members how to handle alerts and what actions to take when alerts are triggered. Access with Cisco Umbrella is very different compared to Netskope. Some sites accessible with Cisco Umbrella are blocked by Netskope. We had to revisit each and every policy again. We exported all the configurations from Cisco Umbrella and had to review everything. Before implementing, go with the POC and have an extended POC session. Clarify everything during the POC because it becomes very difficult to get them on a call for critical issues after the POC. Make sure all concerns are discussed and resolved before implementation. I rate the overall product an eight out of ten.
My company is mid-size. In our country, having around 2500 employees places us in the midsize category. I rate the overall product an eight out of ten. The tool helps monitor Microsoft Azure activities, such as operational functions and user registrations. It checks if these actions align with normal practices to ensure security. This provides insights into applications integrated into our Azure environment

It is possible to organize a secured web gateway with the use of Netskope. In terms of the most efficient real-time data protection related to Netskope, it is possible for users to set up DLP rules in real time. I have experience with Netskope's analytics and reporting capabilities. The product's analytics part is pretty fine. I rate the overall product a seven and a half to eight out of ten.

We usually sell Netskope because it's a unified platform for SWG, DLP capabilities, and CASB. Netskope is a strong leader in CASB and has integrated other parts like SWG and NPA. Netskope is a cloud-based solution. Netskope is a very granular product, and you can do a lot of things with it. Microsoft doesn't onboard all the third-party SaaS-based providers. It doesn't have any granularity to build policies. Netskope is more suitable for small to medium businesses. Overall, I rate Netskope an eight out of ten.
I'd suggest that any company not heavily dependent on Microsoft could consider starting with Netskope. Cloud journey also matters; if you're deeply involved in the cloud, Netskope is a good solution to safeguard your cloud data. Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten. I deduced two points: one for their feature modification and one for the feature maturity of the solution.
I advise others to make an inventory of all the cloud apps. They should ensure all the shadow IT instances are included in their policies. I rate the platform an eight out of ten.

I rate the solution an eight out of ten. The solution is good, but the configuration and user analytics can be improved. I recommend the solution to new users because it is a good tool, and the detection capability is very nice and lightweight. Additionally, I recommend they use the solution if it aligns with the requirements.
It's simple to use and configure. It provides a nice dashboard, and live data. I would rate Netskope CASB a nine out of ten. The most important factors are stability, performance, and features.

My recommendation would be to definitely to shortlist Netskope CASB and strongly consider it because it was a very positive experience for us, particularly with the support that we got from our onshore partner. It still deserves to be compared with other products in that sector such as Zscaler; it's probably one of the market leaders. It's definitely worth looking at others, but we were very happy with Netskope CASB, and the team continue to use it today. I would give it an overall rating of nine on a scale from one to ten.

Since we are a partner of Netskope CASB there should be a knowledge base document wherein we should not be dependent on customer support. I'm sure there'll be in the future. Netskope CASB will handle multiple cases with different issues. There should be a centralized knowledge base where they can put all their issues and have visualization, of whatever they have resolved in the past. It will be easy for customers to go and look if they have a similar issue, instead of relying on a support response. This improvement should be made. I rate Netskope CASB a nine out of ten.

I would rate this solution 9 out of 10. My advice is to just go for it. In an organization of 30,000 people, you can't just deploy one product and start deploying another product and say, "Okay, we are replacing the solution with this one," because the company has already invested millions of dollars in this. I like the way Netskope treats its customers. Whenever you need help, they are there. They will 100% help you. They will explain everything to you. We have a meeting with our technical assistant manager every week, and he shows us different things we can do with the roadmaps, different features we can use, and what kind of policy we can put in place to lower our false positive rates. It's very helpful.

We are resellers of the product. The product is a SaaS and therefore is always up-to-date. It uses microservices. We're always dealing with the latest version of the product. It updates itself. Our clients use different deployment models and different clouds for deployment. I'd advise other companies to use the solution, and implement it now rather than later. I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. Their ease of use, the training materials that they got, and what the solution actually covers are all very good. That said, they're fairly new into the CASB environment. However, they have done a pretty solid job with customer acceptance, with providing products that really meet the needs of what today's SaaS-based environments really require. When you start looking at how many SaaS applications are out there, being able to manage and secure against a multitude of threats, the solution ends up being quite impressive.
My advice to those wanting to implement the solution is you have to plan it out first. It is always good to know exactly how the solution operates before you are going to implement it. Plan it accordingly, rather than deploying it on all machines. First implement it on every business unit with some test users, test plans, test policies deployed, and test it out. Not all applications are supported by any of the security of the entire solution. Those applications that are not supported you have to bypass them. At this stage, only the deployment has to be done. You have a defined project plan and it is important to follow it. I rate Netskope CASB a nine out of ten.
