My company is in touch with the vendor who takes care of the maintenance phase of the solution. I cannot recommend the product to other organizations. Other organizations can choose from the many technologies available in the market. There are a lot of technologies and tools that are available in the market. As I haven't used SAP Analytics Cloud, I can't give a good rating for SAP BusinessObjects GRC, which is an old tool. I rate the overall product a six out of ten.
I would highly recommend going for SAP if you need scalability going forward and if you are looking for a proper platform that connects your operations' front end to the back end. Considering eCommerce is evolving and touching on all the areas of our life, it makes sense to think about the SAP Hybris model as the eCommerce platform. It would bring efficiency and reduce your cost because the cost of maintenance of multiple products is always higher than a single product. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
