I would rate it maybe eight out of ten because I’ve seen the stability. It’s amazingly stable. We have not completely rolled it out the way I would like to, but we are looking into that. Most likely, in a couple of years, we should have a full-blown integration done within our company. So maybe after a year or two, I’ll be in a better position to tell you more stories around it.
The tool improved our company's document-centric process in areas like visibility and traceability. A scenario where the solution was essential for collaboration in our company stems from an incident where we needed the product to automate processes like purchase requisition and purchase order, for which it is essential to have a document management tool in place considering that there are a lot of documents related to purchases that need to be maintained, making it one of the perfect use cases for which the tool is useful. The integration functionality that the product provides is on a real-time basis, and SAP recommends it to users.
