I would recommend VMware Cloud Foundation to any organization seeking virtualization. I would rate it a nine overall. Although all necessary virtualization features are present, and they provide periodic updates, I'm satisfied with its current capabilities.

Maintenance is good because our company uses support services from VMware. To maintain the tool, we have a big team as we have it across 14 countries. We have around 50 to 60 people supporting the tool in our company. In our company, we are not using the AI part of the tool, but there is vROps in the solution. The tool is highly scalable, so the tool helps us grow. The scalability helps our company keep up pace with the way we are growing. I rate the tool a ten out of ten.
If you have the money to spend, go ahead. But please, just be careful with their licenses. VMware's prices are expensive. It should have been the virtualized platform, but that's the best thing. Overall, I would rate it a seven out of ten.

VMware Cloud Foundation did not integrate smoothly with our networking and security functions, but it runs fine. The solution's automation feature allows us to increase the server's cloud scaling capabilities without having to define them one by one because it is done automatically. I would recommend the solution to other users. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

I advise others not to keep a limited design approach toward the solution. They shouldn't just deploy it to manage Microsoft virtualization alone. It supports various solutions, including NXP, for automatic functioning. I rate it a nine out of ten.
I give the solution an eight out of ten. We can easily deploy the solution into a small environment and keep it under our control. The solution is suitable for small, medium, and large organizations. I strongly recommend the solution to others.
Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. VMware Cloud Foundation covers all of its bases. It includes computing, networking, hyperscale containers, and more.

Amongst everything that's out there, I would rate the product a nine out of ten. There's always going to be room for improvement on some things, however, it really hit the mark on a lot of things. The issue is, for example, it's the same thing with Azure Stack - it only works with Azure. However, it scales with pretty much everything VMware. To me, to be a ten out of ten, if you could get it to seamlessly scale into everything Public Cloud, it would be great. Nutanix is trying to do a lot of that, however, there's still some conversion process that has to be done.
As it is a cloud solution, we are always on the latest version. I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. I'd recommend it to other users. Big telecoms are using it, which should give an indication of its efficacy.
I would definitely advise looking at the hardware first and deciding whether you'd prefer performance or storing data. I would use different setups for different VMs. For the network, do your math before you set it up. It's complete right now. The new release has just been released. If the container orchestrator isn't there, I would like to see that in the next release. I would rate it a ten out of ten.

They should think about the different price perspective for our country, Bangladesh, since we are a developing country. Our customers have to pay more than any other PC and laptop they are buying which is why customers don't end up buying it. VMware has to consider under-developed countries where a PC is $400 but for VDI their licensing is more than $1,000. Their licensing is more than $1,000 per user and the customer has to buy the hardware separately. Customers don't pick this solution because it's too expensive. I would rate this solution as a nine out of ten. In the next release, I would like to see better integration with NSX.
It is always a good idea to go for training. I would not recommend this solution for somebody who has no idea at all. It is simple, but not so simple that you can't do it without training. Over time, VMware has improved a lot in terms of the interface and it's getting easier to use with a cleaner dashboard. One of the biggest things that I have learned from using this solution is how much I appreciate the GUI. I come from a background where I used the command line often. When I started using this solution, I loved the GUI. It is excellent to use and to troubleshoot. I would rate this solution a ten out of ten.

For enterprise companies and huge data centers, you need a new cloud for each system. It's not acceptable so we try to work with everything centralized on-premises. Telecommunication companies must have a cloud solution and on-premises. For everyday work, they will want to implement virtual machines. To maintain all those systems they need to have centralized management. A huge company must have these products. But it will be very costly for a small company or medium enterprise company. The complexity depends on the size of the company. You need to enhance the workflows. Some things are difficult to incorporate as a new workflow. It is difficult but the end result is good. So, I recommend enhancing workflows first. On a scale from one to ten, where one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate VMware Cloud Foundation as a seven.
VMware Cloud Foundation makes it easy to deploy and run a hybrid cloud. VMware Cloud Foundation provides integrated cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, and security) and cloud management services to run enterprise applications in both private and public environments.
I would recommend VMware Cloud Foundation to any organization seeking virtualization. I would rate it a nine overall. Although all necessary virtualization features are present, and they provide periodic updates, I'm satisfied with its current capabilities.
