We have used the product well. We use it for test case uploading. We created an Excel file and aligned the columns of the Excel file with the columns on the solution. It was a minimum guidance process. We can meet our requirements using the solution. We are able to do tasks without many errors. Overall, I rate the product a six or seven out of ten.

As with everything it depends on your needs and budget.
For me, Zephyr Enterprise is quite expensive for what you can get in comparison with other tools such as TestRail & PractiTest which feel more user-friendly/intuitive and work with a wide variety of bug tracking tools, not just Jira which Zephyr seems to be tied to.
If you are looking for an enterprise solution that works only with Jira then it is worth a look as it has some nice advanced features e.g. using jquery to search and automatically pull Jira tickets into the requirements section. This is handy for traceability and spotting gaps whereas most other tools require this to be done manually which, to be honest, is pretty easy especially if you are working in sprints with not a lot of tickets.
For me, I struggled to see the justification for the price but it is a solid tool.

If they're just getting started and don't want to invest in a high-end product, they should consider it. Some of these tools are quite pricey. It's certainly worth a look at to get started, which is exactly what we did. We have been running it for a couple of years now, we'll see if we grow out of it or if we need to stick with it, but it's certainly a good starting point. I would rate Zephyr Enterprise an eight out of ten.
My advice is to go for a tool that meets or fulfills your needs. I am currently exploring how to shift the test cases from DFS to JIRA or Zephyr. If we decide to go with Zephyr, we have around 3,000 to 4,000 test cases written in DFS that need to be shifted to Zephyr. I would rate Zephyr Enterprise a seven out of ten.
If anyone is looking for a good, lightweight, flexible and agile test management product, I think they would do very well with Zephyr Enterprise. It can be implemented at whatever stage they are in improving their testing process, gradually getting into a high-security test process. In that way, it is flexible, easy to adopt, and quickly understood. I like the product very much. On a scale of one to ten, I would give Zephyr Enterprise a nine.

Look for a global solution which fits enterprise-wide and has a good dashboard. It should include metrics at all levels and have quality at every stage in the lifecycle. If a tool can fit these criteria, it will be a good option. Most important criteria when selecting a vendor: These days, we are looking for the following: * We are looking for agile and behavior-driven development support. * We want to integrate with our in-house and automation tools. * Cost matters.
Zephyr Enterprise is a robust enterprise test management platform that manages all aspects of the testing lifecycle. The solution is provided as an on-premise installation as well as a SaaS-based installation. Zephyr Enterprise enables you to make a rigid process flow flexible enough to accommodate changes. In addition, it provides all the functionality QA teams and testers need in order to create and execute test cases with less effort, allowing more time to do actual testing by alleviating...
