For companies that have operations across the globe, it's crucial for them to have the same set of data security controls and measures across all locations; Zscaler DLP helps in such implementations. For instance, if there are certain enforcement policies or data security norms implemented for the headquarters of an organization, Zscaler DLP allows a professional to just copy the implemented policies of one location to another, irrespective of the site members or users. Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten. I would advise others to perform due diligence before directly adopting the product, but just because the product is the market leader doesn't mean it will fit perfectly into every environment. I always analyze the customer's requirements and existing environment before proposing the best solution. If integrating Zscaler DLP into a Palo Alto environment will create difficulties, then it's better to choose a solution from Palo Alto.
We take support from Zscaler and provide the service to our clients. We are partners. People who want to use the product must explore the options. We can do multiple things for a single URL. We can restrict URLs to only access the GET request or POST request. We can do HTTP control and SSL inspection. We can also access the threat intel. We can look up a URL and get the details in real-time. Overall, I rate the tool an eight out of ten.
Zscaler Cloud DLP offers cutting-edge technology and is easy to configure and use. People should opt for Zscaler Cloud DLP if they have the opportunity. Considering that there is always some room for improvement, I rate the overall tool a nine out of ten.

If your requirements are at an intermediate level and you need to access DMC, then I would recommend this solution. If you require more detailed data classification, you might want to consider Netscope as they provide very granular classification. However, it really depends on the company's needs and requirements. Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten.
We do not face any challenges with the product. If we have any problems, the vendor helps us. The product is everywhere. Everyone is using it. It's very, very flexible. It provides a single solution for multiple modules like DLP, proxy, and firewall. Overall, I rate the tool a ten out of ten.
I would recommend having a clearly defined objective and goal, which would facilitate choosing and implementing the solution effectively. I would rate it nine out of ten.
I would suggest to keep your policies simple. Don't complicate them because it depends on your organization and how you set it up. So once you are doing it, just keep it clean and simple. Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten.

I'm still working with Zscaler Cloud DLP. Zscaler Cloud DLP is not difficult to maintain, and maintaining it is the vendor's responsibility, so you don't need to worry about it. I would recommend Zscaler Cloud DLP to others because it's the best proxy product in the market at the moment. Zscaler Cloud DLP is a pretty good product. It's just missing one or two features, so I would rate it as eight out of ten.

I would rate this solution 8 out of 10. My advice is to ensure that the solution meets your DLP use cases. I find that for 99% of the companies that are going to purchase this Cloud DLP, it has to fit their use cases. It's going to get into the Fortune 50s and the companies that are more security conscious and that are doing extremely complex DLP policies. Those folks will likely have some issues. It's not going to be a straight, "Hey, these are the DLP rules I have today. I want to move these over to Zscaler." That's one area where I think customers should do their own investigation and ensure that it fits their use cases before they jump in and purchase the product and then find out that maybe 25% of their DLP rules are too complex to be migrating.

They release new features every year and they are automatically added to the platform. My only complaint is that the price is high. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
